Contract

By making a booking through this WEBSITE, you and your companions expressly and unreservedly accept these contracting conditions.

Regarding the parties involved:

You (hereinafter the TRAVELER) are contracting a product directly with the chosen accommodation (hereinafter the ACCOMMODATION), and therefore responsibility for the quality and conditions of said product lies exclusively with the ACCOMMODATION (for example, the cleanliness or suitability of the ACCOMMODATION).

This WEBSITE uses the SMOOBU booking engine as a technological and booking management platform. By booking through this channel, the TRAVELER is using the SMOOBU service to transmit the booking to the ACCOMMODATION.

The contractual relationship arising from your booking is formalized directly between the TRAVELER and the ACCOMMODATION. And the ACCOMMODATION is solely responsible for the tourist products and/or services contracted.

Confirmation of the booking implies having paid the full amount by bank transfer, including the deposit. The system holds the property for 24h and the booking is confirmed within a maximum of 48h once payment confirmation has been received. The maximum period to pay for the booking is 48h.
